Who are you and where are you located?

Is it legal what you do?

Yes it is, we are regulated and we pay taxes on everything we do. For more information see Legality

Is it legal for me to use your services?

It depends where you live and how you structure your business. For more information see Legality

What sports and events do you offer?

We offer the most in the industry! If it is out there we offer it. See our complete list of more than 200 leagues here. You decide if your players have access to them or not.

Is there a minimum number of players required to start with your service?

No there is no minimum. You can start with one player.

Do I pay you for every account created?

No, you only pay for the accounts that are used in a specific week. If you have 20 created accounts and only 3 players are active that week, you only pay for 3 accounts.

Do you charge a minimum per week?

No, if none of your 20 created accounts are active in a week, we don't charge you. If only 3 are active, we charge you for those 3 accounts.

What do you consider an active account in a week?

An account is considered active if it has a graded wager on the account. It doesn't matter if a player logs in on the website and doesn't wager. Such a player is not considered active for that week.

What payment methods can I use?

It depends on your location, but we offer all our new customers are: Cashier Check, Money Order (blank) and Person to Person. Other options that might be available are Bank Wires, Credit Cards, Netteller and Skrill/Moneybookers. For more information see Payment Options

Do I get my own website?

We have default websites that our agents and players can use at no additional cost. A custom website will be provided free of charge for agents that have:

• 100 average active players per week on the No Frills plan
• 50 average active players per week on the Basic plan
• 25 average active players per week on the VIP plan

If you don't have enough players, but you do like to have your own custom website from the start, you have the option to pay for a custom domain and website for 500 USD. If within 3 months you reach enough active players per week that would get you a free website, we give you back the 500 USD as credit for future usage.

Do I get a mobile site?

Yes, all sites include mobile versions at no extra charge. Our mobile platform supports all mayor phones and tablets: iPad, iPhone, Android and Blackberry.

Do I get my own Toll Free number?

We have default toll free numbers we give our agents and players at no additional cost. A exclusive toll free number will be provided free of charge for agents that have:

• 50 average active players per week on the No Frills plan
• 25 average active players per week on the Basic plan
• 10 average active players per week on the VIP plan

Can I set the Casino odds?

No, these odds are set at industry standards and checked by the local Gaming Regulator.

Do I pay you a percentage on horse or casino win/loss?

You do not pay us a percentage on the virtual casino or horse racing. It is included in the price. We do offer Live Casino dealers as well for agents that want this. For this Live Casino we do charge a percentage.

How do we know we get the best lines?

We not only have a big staff of experienced lines men that manage our lines 24/7, we also have a dedicated group that runs any statistical relevant report that you can think off. This is how we can offer up to 10 points buying with the confidence that you will make money.

We also allow you to manage your lines yourself where needed. Change the line any way you want or decide to 'hide' moneylines or totals if you don't want the action.

Can I move over players from a competitor?

Yes, no problem. Provide us your current provider and login info and we can automatically import player account names and account information, or we can do it for you manually. Either way, you can count on us to do all the work.
