The possibility Browns can trade Osweiler

Last Monday, it went out a rumor that says that the Cleveland Browns want to trade the quarterback Brock Osweiler. The player had started the season with poor statistics in his battle against the rookie DeShone Kizer. The news went out by a league source who told the press all about DeShone KIzer’s development throughout the preseason. On Saturday, Kizer will be the starting quarterback against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers named by the head coach Hue Jackson. The player took a lot of his time to study the offense of the team and improving some techniques that will make effective the offense in the preseason games. He is a young quarterback, so he is learning a lot on the steps to take next but he deserves the opportunity, said head coach to the press.

The coach and the team fully support DeSone in his role this week, so he can practice for the regular season. The Browns acquired Osweiler in offseason, when they made a trade with the Houston Texans. He won’t play against Tampa and will be replace by Cody Kessler. The Texans play it safe when they trade Osweiler, as they traded their 2018 second-round pick in order to acquired the $16 million salary for this year. The team will have to pay the athlete all the money regardless the fact he plays or not with the team.

Osweiler talk to the press and said that he was calm with the situation as he will focus only on the things he can control. He feels blessed to have such good teammates and he will continue his preparation to play better everyday. The finished the interview saying the decisions were took by the manager and the head coach, so as players the only thing they can do is to play as much as they can. Statistically talking, Osweiler has 67 yards on 12-of-22 in preseason and on the other side, Kizer has 258 yards and a touchdown.
