Court records show a College of Dayton basketball player has been charged with residential physical violence and attack.

The documents show 20-year-old Devon Scott will be arraigned on the offense counts in Dayton Municipal Court on Monday. A court official says no legal representative is noted for Scott. No home telephone listing was quickly readily available.
