Previous UNLV basketball coach Jerry Tarkanian has been confessed to a Las Vegas hospital after family members mention he was really feeling weak and having trouble breathing.

Tarkanian's boy, Danny Tarkanian, mentions his 83-year-old father was also battling to keep his eyes open when he was required to Valley Hospital on Wednesday night.

The older Tarkanian continued to be sedated at the medical facility Thursday early morning while physicians attempted to identify exactly what was behind his conditions.

Tarkanian was sworn in in 2012 into the Naismith Memorial Venue of Popularity. He took three colleges to the NCAA tournament but is most effectively known for his teams at UNLV that made 4 Final 4 looks and gained all of it in 1990.
