Purdue loses guard with season-ending knee injury

Purdue guard Sterling Carter will miss the remainder of the period with a season-ending knee injury.

Coach Matt Painter issued a statement Monday sharing that Carter, a senior, had torn the ACL and median and side curve in his ideal knee during Sunday's 76-57 loss at Nebraska. The injury took place when Carter was making a drive to the container.
