Cleveland Indians at Chicago White Sox

Pay Per Head Sports Betting Carlos Carrasco struck out eight in five innings in his first start since being hit in the face by a line drive and Carlos Santana and David Murphy smacked solo home runs as the Cleveland Indians beat the Chicago White Sox 6-2 on Tuesday night.

An early solo home run allowed to Jose Abreau was all the damage the Sox would manage off Carrasco. Carrasco was on a pitch-count and exited after only five innings.

The bullpen once again started to make things interesting as Zach McAllister allowed three two-out singles to make it 6-2. Terry Francona then went to Nick Hagadone, who allowed Adam LaRoche to reach on an error. Bryan Shaw would come in to finally clean up the inning with a strikeout of Avisail Garcia.

Although the Tribe had a solid offensive performance, scoring six runs on Tuesday–it’s been a tough go of it for the offense so far this season. The Indians may be getting help soon, as Nick Swisher and Zach Walters both are expected to begin rehab assignments this week. Walters begins today while an announcement on Swisher has yet to be announced.

In 10 games, he’s hitting just .212 after a solid spring that saw him hit .297. But Lindor feels he’s having quality at-bats and not striking out, which to him is a sign it’s not a slump. Even with the struggles of the offense, talk of Lindor’s promotion have been minimal.
