The Miami Heat are hoping to get their first road win of the season, after losing to the Cleveland Cavaliers (102-92), the only other time this year they have played outside of the AmericanAirlines Arena. The Heat currently have as many wins as losses under their belt, proving that even the deepest of teams need time to play together.

The Heat will be looking to bounce back from their disappointing 98-92 loss to the Hawks on Tuesday. Hassan Whiteside had a season-best 23 points on 11 of 12 shooting with 14 rebounds and four blocks, Dwayne Wade added 21 points while Goran Dragic had 19 points but Chris Bosh struggled for just nine points on four of 14 shooting. Overall, it was a big night for Whiteside who reminded us of how dominant he can be in the paint, but the Heat had an off shooting night and couldn't get over the hump

The Timberwolves were going for a third straight win before losing to the Trailblazers by 106-101 on Monday. Kevin Martin scored 24 points off the bench, Andrew Wiggins added 16 points while Ricky Rubio flirted with a triple double, scoring 12 points with nine rebounds and nine assists. The Wolves have been playing with heavy hearts to start the season and it fueled them early in the game when they shot out to a double digit lead, but they faded down the stretch on an emotional night.

Minnesota snapped a six-game home losing streak against Miami with a 102-101 win Feb. 4 behind 30 points from Kevin Martin. Hassan Whiteside, who's put up 48 points and 29 boards in the Heat's two games in November, had his only career 20-20 game (24 points, 20 rebounds) last season in Minneapolis.
