Vikes' Bridgewater makes clear Browns opinions
Teddy Bridgewater said last month he informed his representative he really did not wish to be prepared by the Cleveland Browns. He only made those remarks, he stated on Tuesday, given that he felt comfortable sufficient with the Minnesota Vikings that he really did not wish to be anywhere else.

Speaking at the NFL Newbie Symposium in Cleveland, Bridgewater claimed his preliminary opinions on The Dan Patrick Show last month were misunderstood, adding he had a "solid feeling" regarding the Vikings through "five or six" pre-draft conferences.
"I said it on the air, yet like I say, it was misinterpreted,"he told the Cleveland Level Dealer on Tuesday. "I think I was just saying I had a solid sensation regarding the Minnesota Vikings and that was it.".
The Vikings traded back into the preliminary to take Bridgewater with the 32nd overall choice, after the Browns passed on him and picked Johnny Manziel at No. 22. Bridgewater claimed he didn't believe the Browns recognized they just weren't his first choice, adding he wanted to focus on moving on and starting his career with the Vikings.
Browns trainer Mike Pettine told TheMMQB.com last week that Manziel was the only newbie quarterback who had a chance to start this season. Bridgewater, that will acquire an opportunity to compete for the Vikings' starting work in training camp, claimed he hopes to win the work, but wasn't focused on proving Pettine wrong.
