Not only the Barça won the game by a distant 3-0, but the argentinian was the one that lead his team o breaking the Juve defensive line.
It was not enough the three goals he scored against Espanyol during saturday’s game. But on the Champions debut he managed to finally beat Buffon, not only scoring a goal but two! The first one came after a nice one-two with Luis Suarez, the first time the uruguayan forward gave a nice pass in the hole game, after that Messi placed the ball in the only available open spot of the goal defended by the italian veteran.
The second one came after the classic Messi play from the middle of the striking zone, and when Buffon thought he was going to shoot the ball to his right hand and he was prepared for it, Messi changed his mind and once again put the ball at the other corner, where it was impossible for the italian goalkeeper to reach, not even he tried to stop it.
