This Monday, the suspension for Gary Sanchez was reduced to just three more games of the league. New York Yankees’ player will be able to go back on the fields next Friday. The news were reported by a Yes Network corresponsal. Originally, the player couldn’t play for four games. He played a part in the brawl against the Detroit Tigers that took place on August 24. Because of the brawl, the MLB suspended four players of the team (Sanchez involved) and a manager. Reported by MLB Communications.

The fight started when Sanchez started fighting with Austin Romine (Yankees catcher) and let all the players to fought with each other. It also started when the Yankees said insults to Miguel Cabrera, who took a little comment into an enormous fight. Sanchez was part of the main problem, so he had one of the biggest punishments. The biggest punishment was for Cabrera because he started the fight. They suspend him for seven games. Meanwhile, they just punished Sanchez and Romine with four for throwing punches. Brad Ausmus and Alex Wilson were the other two punished, as they were said to throw intentionally against the other team.

Statistically talking, the player’s absence charges double for the team as he counts with a .276 batting average with an 79 RBI and 28 home runs. He is considered one of the team's strongest players. In the Al wild-card race, Sanchez counts with two games of advantage against the other players. On August, in 28 games he marked 12 home runs. It is expected that the player will go back on Friday when the Yankees play against the Texas Rangers. He won’t play against the Baltimore Orioles, hope the team won’t need him that much.
