Players to Watch

Quentin Poling (LB, Ohio) - Poling practiced last week after missing time due to a knee injury and with him back in the middle, Ohio's defense is instantly better.

Sebastian Smith (WR, Ohio) - Smith has become Ohio's best playmaker on the outside this season and whether Derrius Vick or J.D. Sprague is under center, he figures to be Ohio's primary target in the passing game again.

Daz'mond Patterson (RB, Ohio) - Coach Frank Solich talked this week about getting back to running the ball more and with Papi White out and A.J. Ouellette seemingly out of the rotation, Patterson will be the one getting most of the carries.

Colin Reardon and George Bollas (QBs, Kent State) - Both quarterbacks will play against Ohio and both will be key to Kent State winning on the road. In the past few weeks, Ohio has been beaten when offense's get rolling. For Kent, that falls on Reardon and Bollas' shoulders.

Trayion Durham (RB, Kent State) - Ohio has lost this season when teams score a lot in bunches. That's not really Kent identity, but if a player is going to break a big play against the Bobcats, Durham has as good a chance as any.
